Error Message in Accounts Payable

Hi. When running a report for Open Unposted Payables, when we click on Account Distribution we get the following error message:

Message: OLE I Dispatch exception
Code 1000 from Crystal Design
Component: 4: Invalid Floating Point Operation

When you click OK it closes everything down and out of PC you go.

If you don't click on Account Distribution, you get a report albeit without the account designations.

What is going on?
