Payroll sick and vacation time

Plus Ver 14.4 - As of November, payroll printed zero for the employee sick time or vacation time for the current month on the pay stubs (earned and used). We didn't change our procedures, and the sick time or vacation time for the month were entered before running payroll, as usual. The accumulated amounts on the stub were what they were at the end of October. This has only happened since the 10/31/23 maintenance release of Ver 14.4 so I'm wondering if this is a bug that was introduced in that release. Anyone else encounter this?

I have seen it reported that the PTO figures aren't printing at all on check stubs, but I haven't heard of the amounts printing, but being incorrect.

If you have confirmed that the PTO earned and used was entered correctly, I would advise that you give us a call at (800) 486-1800 when you have access to the software and a technician will take a look at it with you. We are available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
