Ohio Post 11/23 Tax Table Update

Post by Steve Seitz »

I am using PowerChurch Plus 12.2 in Ohio. I got the notice that the Ohio income tax table for post 11/23 had changed. I followed the instructions to update the table, but I'm still getting the notice that some of my employees are still using the pre 11/23 table every time I go into Maintain List of Employees. What should I do to make that notice go away?

You did create a NEW tax table in Powerchurch using the 'Ohio' template, and switch all your employees Ohio tax item to using that table?

Sorry for the tardy response. Yes, we made a new tax table with the new Ohio template and applied it to all active employees. Do we need to apply it to terminated employees as well?

You're not going to be taking taxes from the terminated employees, so its really not necessary.
