Printing reconciliation report

Post by liz »

(using PC 9)

I just reconciled our accounts and my printer only printed the top 1/2 of my report. (so I have the part that says *bank statement balance, outstanding checks, outstanding deposits, adjusted bank balance, etc, etc* and part of my deposit listings)

Is there any way I can go back and print that report? I tried to go in and choose reconcile bank accounts and enter the statement date and amount on the bank statement. Nothing. Thanks for any help!

Reprinting reconcilation Report

Post by wms7328 »

I have had the same problem and found that I have to reprint the report before closing out the reconcilation screen. If you close out the screen before you realize you need to reprint then I don't know of a way to recreate the report. Once you close the reconilation screen it marks all the items you cleared and when you go back to report, none of those cleared items will show up.

One way might be to backup data to previous data before the reconcilation and then redo everything. This might be time consuming based on when you run the backups.

That is what I figured too. At least I have the top half that has the amounts. Just not the full listings of the checks. BOO HOO. Thanks anyway....
