Pre-tax deductions on payroll

Can someone tell me how to set up a PRE-TAX deduction in the payroll module? Our secretary contributes to an annuity and it needs to be pre-tax. Thanks!

HERE is an example of how to set one up for 401K and 403B's. You should be able to follow the example for just about any pre-tax item like that.
