W3 info missing

W3 info missing

When I look at the W3 info ther is nothing in box 12 which should be 403(B) info. The W2's all show it in box 12 but it isn't carried over to the W3. I tried to type it in before I print but it won't let in that particular box. Any ideas? I have it marked as Box 12 with code E on the item description for income but not for the deduction item.
