Accounting Fund Balance Report

Is there a way to prevent accounts that have not been used during the fiscal year from appearing on the Accounting Fund Balance Report?

Go to "Maintain List of Accounting Funds" and change the #'s for those accounts to a higher number (out of range) from the ones you use. Then when you run the report for Accounting Fund Balances you have the option of entering what range of funds you want (just don't include the ones you no longer use).
This will work so long as those accounts that you have not used don't have any transactions for the year and no funds in them - otherwise the bottom line #'s would not be accurate.
