NEW USER NEEDS HELP

FIRST TIME USING POWER CHURCH. HAVE VERSION 10. I POSTED THE FIRST WEEK OF CONTRIBUTIONS AND GOT A WARNING MESSAGE AND STILL PROCEEDED. APPARENTLY MY CONTRIBUTION FUNDS DID NOT HAVE ACCOUNT NUMBERS. NOW, HOW DO I INPUT THE CONTRIBUTION FUND TO FUND ACCOUNTING. I'M COOKED. HELP!!!

Since you've already posted to accounting, the only way to post this is by getting the final contribution totals, and manually adding those transactions to Funds Accounting.

From what it sounds, you did not setup your Contribution Funds to post to the Funds Accounting accounts in the Contribution Funds setup. You can go and edit each Contribution Fund to add these accounts.

Verify the accounts with your Treasurer/Bookeeper/Accountant to make sure you're debiting and crediting the correct accounts.
