When printing my month end reports for March 2024, the print preview for the Income and Expense Statement is showing only the income. Last month when I did February, it printed correctly. If I try printing prior months, it only shows the income. Everything has been entered and the Balance Sheet amounts match.
Could this have something to do with the latest Maintenance release for which I'm getting the following error
Error: 1924 ONONDE is not an object. In downloadcompleted at 94.
Your help is appreciated.

It may or may not be because you can't update. Perform the following, then try printing again, then let us know what happened.
One of the system components that PowerChurch is trying to update is actually involved in the download process. To get this update installed, you will need to manually download the Maintenance Release installer from our website at https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
When you download the pcp14mr.exe file, you can save it directly into the PowerChurch Plus program directory (by default C:\PowerChurch\PCPLUS14) and next time you start up the software, it will offer to install it for you, skipping the auto-download process.
Once you have this MR installed, the offending component will have been updated and won't be an issue next time.
Hope this helps.

Re: Income & Expense Statement Issue
I have downloaded and installed the MR and restarted my computer. I tried to print the Income & Expense Statement and it still only shows the income and no expenses.
Do you have any other suggestions?

What are the settings you have for the Report Options ?ivycottage wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2024 4:51 pmI have downloaded and installed the MR and restarted my computer. I tried to print the Income & Expense Statement and it still only shows the income and no expenses.

Re: Income & Expense Statement Issue
Accounting funds (blank = all)
Display Budgeted and non-budgeted subtotals
Column 2: Year to date actual
Column 3: Previous year actual
Column 4: Previous year to date
Then when I print...only the Income appears on the statement

What do you have for the report level ? You have posted from Accounts Payable, right? What does the preview look like before you print, only income also?ivycottage wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 8:54 amAccounting funds (blank = all)

Finally, have you run a 'reindex' from the Utilities menu?

Re: Income & Expense Statement Issue
Summary level is 6
All entries are posted through the General Journal. I've been doing the same thing for years and this is the first month I've had this issue.
When I say print - I mean print preview only shows the Income

Posted through 'general journal' ?? Does that mean that you post from Accounts Payable to Funds Accounting?ivycottage wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2024 7:36 pmSummary level is 6

In any case, as it appears you're the only person having this issue, or at least the only one whose posted to the Forums about it, you may want to call Powerchurch directly about this.

I have never run a reindex from the utilities menu. I didn't know that I should be doing that.

You don't normally have to, but sometimes it clears up issues. If you've done that an it still only shows income, I'd contact Powerchurch directly.ivycottage wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 6:10 pmI have never run a reindex from the utilities menu. I didn't know that I should be doing that.
