1099-NEC transmit failed

I only have 2 1099-NEC forms to file. When trying to file electronically, I get a "Transmit failed" and it has errors listed. I have all the fields filled in so I don't understand why I'm getting this.

The following errors were found in the transmitted data. Please fix these and try the transmission again.

Just to check, what version are you using, and do you have the latest Maintenance Release installed?

The fields that the e-file service are complaining about are the church's state, zip code, and phone. If you have that information entered, it sounds like it's not in the right fields. If you continue to have problems with it, give us a call at (800) 486-1800 when you have access to PowerChurch and a technician will help you get it sorted.

I have the latest version of PowerChurch installed and just did a maintenance update very recently. I’m almost positive I have the correct information in the correct fields but I’m not at work today to look. Lots of snow in Kentucky! Thank you! I will call next week if I can’t figure it out.
