Foreign Currency Accounting

I am the treasurer for an English Speaking Church in Lima Peru and are curious if anyone has a solution to Foreign Currency accounting. We have Accounts, expenses and Pledges in both US Dollars and Peruvian Nuevo Soles.

Do we keep 2 sets of Church books and then do the summary in Excel with the currency conversion for the Pervian Nuevo Soles account?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
