I have been trying to set up a new contribution fund. Help!!

Do you have a specific problem or just don't know where to start. To begin, under Contributions, click "Setup", then "Maintain List of Contribution Funds". When the next screen comes up, click on the "Add" button at top then fill in the fund number and name. That is the minimum to get you going.

Also ... pressing the F-1 key at any time will bring up context sensitive help ...

FWIW ... this sentence:

"I have been trying to set up a new contribution fund. Help!!"

Really doesn't give us much to go on.

Are you having a problem with creating, adding the accounts, saving ?? You really need to give as much information as you can such as:

Where exactly are you at when you have the problem? Are there any error messages? What version of Powerchurch are you using??

And so on ..

I have power church plus v. 11. We have sub accounts under 02 accounting fund, we now have a Liturgical Team that we want to add to the list of sub accounts

You're talking about regular Accounting Funds, not Contribution Funds. They are two different animals.

Exactly what are these 'sub-accounts' for ??
