All Vendors 1099 not appearing in in Print 1099 Forms

Can someone think of a reason 3 of our vendors are not appearing in the print 1099 Misc form. I have the vendor set up as 1099 recipient. Is there something else I need to do in maintaining the vendor file? Is there a short term solution? Help Help Help.

How much have you paid them? Is it above the threshold?

Yes it's over 600.00. Contractors worked on remolding the church.

If you look at the vendor Maintain Vendor Records window and click on the History tab. Do all the entries indicate 1099 in the 1099 column?

Yes the history is showing 1099 in the last column

I see the other w2'sI was clicking the next at the bottom of the screen in print 1099 misc forms and took me to the print. But notice the next in the left corner and click it and show the remaining w2. Thank you for your patients.

That is an easy thing to get confused with. I have done the same thing myself.
