Is there a report that I can produce that will show ACTUAL SPENDING ONLY for 2011,2012 and 2013 side by side on the same report??? THANK YOU - Elida Jacobs

As long as you properly credited the correct expense accounts, the income and expense by year report should give you those expenses. If you need to remove the income, then save the report to Excel or Word and remove the income portion.
