We have two daughter churches that I need to take off our books. 1) How do I take them off the books and start a whole new account for them?

2)How do I find a funds total balance, that will include last year, as well as this year?

I have been looking through the handbook and can't seem to find anything on how to create new books/accounts on powerchurch for our daughter churches. Thanks in advance

I believe they will need to have their own licensed copy of Powerchurch first. Powerchurch authorizes the use of the Powerchurch in one church, but these daughter churches should have their own licenses.

The reason you can't create a separate chart of accounts is for that reason, it is designed for use at ONE church.

How do I get a report that will show balances that include last year and this year?
