order of adding data

New to Power Church - We are going back to January 1, 2014 and adding data so it will be available for the whole year. Do we have to add January's transactions first, post, and then do February or can we mix up the months and then post both months at one time. Thanks.

I'm assuming V11.5.
You can do it any way you wish, they will be properly posted to the correct month.
Quick Hint: What I would do is check under the FILE -> Preferences -> Accounting Setup -> Funds Accounting tab, that you have the setting for
Number of months that can be open at one time set to 18, as this will give you the most flexibility when using Funds Accounting once completely set up.
