I have an account number that has the status of "inactive". I would like to reactivate this account to be used ... however, I am unable to locate any instructions on how to do this. Can you tell (a) this can be done! and (b) how to do it?

Quick and dirty:

Accounting -> Fund Accounting -> Maintain Chart of Accounts -> Locate inactive account and select it.

Select the inactive account in the fund on the grid in the middle of the screen and hit the "Details" button.

In the upper right hand corner of the Details screen, you will see a checkbox for "Active." Click to check it. Save.

Lather, rinse, repeat as necessary.
