Another reconcillation prob

I finally got the bank account to balance but it doesn't balance with acct 1110 balance. How do I look for errors here. Thanks.

Anyway ... if the bank statement balances, then you need to see what is different from what the bank shows to what Powerchurch shows.

Are there items missing? Checks, deposits, voids, etc.

What you see on the bank statement should also appear in Powerchurch, as it should be the database of record as nothing should be on the bank statement that was not previously entered in Powerchurch.

Do that first, make a copy of the bank statement, and then highlight on the statement everything that appears in PCPlus.

If you have items left on the statement that have not been highlighted, then you may want to check to see if they were entered in PCPlus .. I would think not.
