Error when posting to Funds Accounting

I was trying to post, when this error appeared:
PROGRAM: FRMFAPOST.DOPOST
LINE: 187
ERROR: 13
Message: Alias 'FATRANS' is not found
The only item to post were contributions.
There is a second box that shows up with a title of "Program Error"
and text: Data environment is already unloaded.
It has three buttons: Cancel, Ignore, Help (no help file behind this)
If I hit cancel: it reappears with new text: Alias "FAACCTS" is not found. I hit cancel again, the PC+ closes.
Did some playing on my test setup ... turns out that the actual issue is that the fund account that some of the contributions were trying to post to, was made inactive. However, instead of giving an unposted error message, the system gave the above. I found this out by adding a transaction to be posted, so there were two to post. This allowed the system to run the error report.
