941 PDF Report
What happened to the PDF report that used to print for the 941 to be sent to the IRS?? Or am I missing something?

Re: 941 PDF Report
Just did some checking and found that the PDF is generated on our older XP machine, but does not generate on the new Windows 8 machine. Is there something special that has to be done for this OS that I am missing?

Re: 941 PDF Report
Have you downloaded and installed the latest Maintenance Release? The program should show you a list of warning messages on the screen explaining why the PDF will not be generated. These include:
- Prior year dates (only the current year 941 is available)
- .NET runtimes are not installed
- No PDF reader software installed
- 941.pdf file is missing from the "Layout" folder

Re: 941 PDF Report
I have the latest maint release on V11.55. I get no messages at all it just goes directly to the printer selection window and when told to print it gives me a text file with the data in it to fill in the 941. I thought there might have been a problem with a PDF reader and tried to download and install Adobe Reader and apparently got myself into the wrong place and now have a mess with my browser. I will try to get it cleaned up and then attempt to print the report again but it may be a couple of weeks before I get there. I can print the 941 on my computer at home so I can get by this quarter.
