How to enter Manual Payroll Checks

We were unable to process payroll checks through PowerChurch online due to the internet being unavailable. We had to write payroll checks. How do we enter the payroll checks to the payroll module?

We were unable to process payroll checks through PowerChurch online due to the internet being unavailable. We had to write payroll checks. How do we enter the payroll checks to the payroll module?

Run your payroll as normal (hopefully the numbers are the same ), when it comes time to print the checks you click on each employee, and select the pull down where it says check, and change that to manual check, then enter the number in the column that says 'check number'.

Simple as that.

If you have to adjust the numbers to match the check, do that before you close the page.
