Account Set Up

Post by FirstMOBC »

Hello, I set-up a new fund and account number under contribution income as 01-4090 Church Improvement Project. We are able to record the funds in the contribution but the account I assigned does not show in any of my reports. Please advise what I need to do in Fund Accounting for the account 01- 4090 to appear on reports as tithes and offerings appear. I thought I duplicated from the tithes and offerings but its not working.

OK ... based on what you said, this is what I'm assuming

1. You have added a new account in Funds Accounting: 01-4090 for use to show income to the Church Improvement Project.
2. You then created a new Contribution Fund in the Contributions module, and linked to account 01-4090 to show the income.

If what I'm assuming is correct, then as an income account 01-4090 should appear under the Income & Expense reports.

OK ... I take it that Contributions have been entered, and have been posted to that account, right ?? Is the account set as 'active' ??
