W-2 Form

We are on version 9 - I am trying to print the W-2 for our employees for 2014. Nothing has changed since last year - for some reason, the control number box and social security number box are printing in reversed boxes compared to the actual 2014 form - what is causing this ?
All information is correct for each employee, however, the information is printing in the wrong boxes on the form.

The W2 form changed for 2013 tax year, switching those two fields around. Version 9 of PowerChurch Plus was already out of maintenance at the time the newer versions received updates to the new forms.

We are on the same version as we were last year, and the w-2 printed fine.

Perhaps it did, but this year's forms will probably not print properly due to the changes in the 2014 W-2. My advice, consider adding the $149.00 (+ shipping) to your budget for this year to upgrade to v11.55.
