Renumbering Accounts

I have just finished setting up PC+. I emailed a first quarter report to our finance team and have been asked to tweak the report to hide inconsequential items. I tried putting everything I didn't want reported on the form in level 6, since that's the lowest level. When I printed out the form again, to check the numbers, it rolled the amounts in the "hidden" accounts up to the next level. This is ok if the next level up is a group, but it isn't always. Is there a way to do this?

E.g., the original printout showed:
INCOME
Preschool $0.00
CellPhone Reimbursement $34.95

The modified printout shows:
INCOME
Preshool $34.95

Since I removed the cell phone reimbursement from the report, I understand that the amount can't just go away, but I want it to roll into the INCOME total, not into preschool. Is there a way?

Renumber the account from its current number (say 01-4125) to bypass the Preschool (say 01-4115).

So, I have quite a few accounts listed under INCOME, so I would have to put all the hidden ones at the top, right?

That, or create a Group Income item that accounts for the miscellaneous income like this item, and move all those 'hidden' ones under that group account. After all, you want to show all income of some type or another.

I restructured the accounts, and used your advice. It looks exactly the way I want it to now.
I hope to be as knowledgeable as you are some day.
I'll try not to be one who receives advice, but never lets you know what worked, and how it turned out.
