Reporting questions

First of all, I do not personally opperate the software, I am from IT at our church attempting to create a solution.

As of now, our department uses 2 versions of the same year; one for general accounting and a separate for payroll. The reason for this is our general ledger is open to the public, but we want to protect the privacy of the employees by not posting their income and salary. Is there a way when printing these reports to filter out that information?

You may want to consider using a custom report. You can create a tailor reports to your needs. There are examples or walkthrus of creating reports here and also some in the manual.

We also have a custom report service here that can create custom reports. If you would like to go this route you can fax a quote in to our office and we will get back to you with a quote.
