I am using Powerchurch 11.5. I was looking through our mortgage payments and found that a check entered in 2013 should have been for principal only, but was credited to the interest payment. Of course it is a closed month/year. My question is how do I go about correcting this to show the correct balance to date? I can't see that years' postings to reverse it.

On the View Posted Transactions screen, click the Filter button at the bottom and expand the month/year to include 2013.

You can reverse the transaction from there, but will need to Modify the Unposted Transaction and change the Posting Month to one that is currently open.
