We transferred money from one account (checking) to our saving account, what is the best way to show this transfer in PC. Should we use the "Enter Transaction" feature in fund accounting or "Maintain Manual Checks feature in accounts payable to show the transfer? Or is there another to achieve this?

Are the accounts in the same accounting fund? If so, a simple debit/credit transfer in Funds Accounting should suffice.
