Our fiscal year ended on June 30th and we are getting ready to close out the year in PowerChurch. However, the Accounting Fund Balances report is showing zero/nada/no activity in the current month (June) for all funds, and the May YTD info is in the YTD fields.
This is not what we are used to, and if I go to the Chart of Accounts and look at the detail, there are amounts in the month 12 (June) buckets. The Income and Expense Statements are correct, and the Changes in Equity report (with "print each fund separately" box selected) is also correct - with June activity showing.
I backed up and closed out June, then re-ran the report. It still showed no activity in June. I restored from the back-up, so I'm back where I started. Interestingly, if I change the starting month in Preferences/Accounting from July to August, the June Fund Balances report prints with correct information for the month.
How can I print a Fund Balances report that has the correct June month & YTD information?
EDIT - I figured out how to run the report. I have to select the "Include year end transactions" box. However, this is evidently an error, because even though we have not designated any entries as "year end", this particular report coding is evidently treating all final month entries as "year end".
