Can the PowerChurch direct deposit option be used without a 3rd party, that is, can we set it up to deposit directly into the employee's bank without sending information to the 3rd party for processing?

Most banks that we have talked to will need an ACH file to initiate the transfer of money. PowerChurch does not create that file. It is intended that you would work through a third party service, or just type in the amounts on your bank's web site (which they should have) to initiate the transfers.
