When I went to print the payroll stubs my printer failed and now I can't get them. How do I reprint.

There's no easy way to do this. You could go into the Payroll Item Summary Report and print out the report per employee for the month, then go in and do the same with the YTD. That will give you most of the information.

A suggestion, since it sounds like you're not printing checks, but just the stubs, find one of the free PDF file creation programs that acts like a printer. I use the PDF995 program from Software995.com. They its free (you do see ads) but instead of selecting your normal printer, you select the PDF995 printer, which will then create a PDF what you want to print.

This way you can always print, and later reprint what you need.

Does the reprint check stubs option under the "Maintain list of Employees" > "Check History" tab not work for manual checks?

Version 11.5 has a reprint stub button (printer icon) on the Maintain List of Employees screen on the Check History tab.

Versions 11 and prior do not have that option

I should always ask about versions, I just assumed that it was an earlier version
