When I go in to print my W'2's it is only printing one employee.

Which version are you using?

Are you sure its only printing one employee??

The W-2 print dialog is very specific in V11/11.5:

1. The first screen verifies the tax year, and asks what pay groups you want to print forms for.
2. The next screen is a verification of the data the system has for the church or organization.
3. Next is a screen that asks if you want to edit or regenerate the W-2s
4. Next screen is a list of employees. If you don't see all your employees there, then perhaps you did not select the pay groups properly.
5. Following that is the Employee W2 Information. This screen has separate navigation controls at the TOP of the screen that allow you to display each employee W2 individually. Perhaps you're not realizing this function of this screen.
6. Is the W3 display screen to verify that data.
7. Is the print dialog for the W2 & W3.
