We have many time off categories set up in Payroll that we no longer use, like "Family Leave" and "Floating Holidays."
How can I permanently delete these so they don't show up in *anyone's* current records?
(I tried to post a photo, but it's not working.)

You can delete these time off types on the Maintain Custom Codes screen found under Accounting > Payroll > Setup.
When deleting one of these, the software will ask you to assign existing time earned and used to another time off type.
