Fund Accounting Setup - Posted Contributions not showing up

We just started setting up PowerChurch. We set up the contributions and posted them on January 2, 2017. We then just setup the Accounting Module today (January 8, 2017). We cannot seem to find the posted contributions from January 2nd in any accounting reports and they are not showing up in posted or un-posted transactions. Do I need to enter them as a GE since the contributions were posted prior to accounting setup or is there a way to get them from the contributions module to the accounting module? The contributions module says there is no un-posted items.

Because the contributions for January 2 were posted in the Contributions module before the Accounting Module was set up they only posted to the Contributions Module. You'll need to record a journal entry (GE) in Fund Accounting for them. Run the Funds Report by Date in the Contributions Module to get the information needed to prepare the journal entry.

Thank you for the response. That is what I was thinking, but wanted to verify in case there was an alternative.
