Can you tell me why there are no fields for who the check is made out to or the amount in the Posted Transactions window? Is this a mistake?

How do I know which transaction to click on if there are no names (check made to) or amounts? Do I need to click on every one?

You should know the vendor you're looking for. You can then go to the Maintain Vendor Records function in AP, find the vendor, then check the History to find the invoice and the check number.
