You would have to enter the transaction again, then save it. You can then delete it from the unposted transactions queue.

Actually, there is a Maintain Repeating Transactions screen in Accounting > Fund Accounting > Setup. Open that screen and click Add. That will save you from having to create a real transaction and deleting it after the fact. Sorry I missed this post a few days ago!
