Formatting a number on a check

Post by northside »

If there a place in Powerchurch to tell it how to format a number.
On my checks it prints 2300.00 but I would like it read 2,300.00

I'm fairly sure you'd have to make a change to the check format by creating a custom format, but I'd be very careful if you do this, and I would test any changes before you try it on actual checks.

This knowledgebase article will give you some assistance.

That said, let me be the curmudgeon here, considering the only people seeing the check is the person who prints it, and the person who deposits it, it this really necessary?
