I am starting to do payroll and just happened to look at my payroll information and all of my ss #'s routing and checking account numbers are filled with numbers and characters

I'm assuming you're using V12 ?? You may want to call Powerchurch support directly, as it sounds like a file got corrupted in some way.

Sorry, it was 11.5 and yes! It was corrupt and PC helped me right off the ledge

Glad to hear, which is why I always recommend doing a weekly backup, and take backups after any changes. I have the system to automatically backup the database on a regular basis.

The instructions for doing are in this Powerchurch newsletter. They are for Windows 8, but work fine with Win10:
