Payroll raises for 2018

Post by FirstMOBC »

We are giving raises 2018. I have already processed the last payroll for 2017. Where do I make the changes for new salaries?

Adjust the "Pay Item" under Maintain List of Employees for each employee, this should reflect the amount as shown in the 2018 budget, divided by the number of pay checks per year for salaried employees. For hourly employees, you would adjust the hourly wage.

Also, once the new tax tables are released for 2018, you're going to need to adjust the Federal Married & Single tax tables. This is covered on page 318 of the v12 manual, and 296 of the v11.55 manual.
