Time off on paystubs

I have one employee with 9 pay items that print on his paystub. This seems to push the time off details from printing on the paystub. I assume that there is a limit to the number of lines that can print on the stub? If so, is there any way to expand this limit?

You're limited to the space on the standard check stubs.

However, in version 12 and 11.55, if you go into Maintain List of Employees find the employee in question, go to the check history tab, highlight the check, then click on the print icon below the list of checks, what will print will include the time off information.

If it still gets cut off, you may want to head to Accounting Setup, the Payrolll tab, and set printing stubs to 1 per page.

Thanks Neil. I tried your suggestion about reprinting the stub through the employee check tab in v. 11.55 and still no time off on stub. We are already set to 1 employee per paystub so it looks like it cannot be done. I'd love to see this in a future update if possible.

While I doubt it will happen on a normal check stub, it may be possible on a separate stub reprint. As usual, I would suggest that you send an email to "wishlist@powerchurch.com" asking about adding this to any future update. Please explain how it would solve your problem, and what cost or time savings you'd see.
