Though Powerchurch software does quarterly payroll taxes. Our church uses an Accountant to file.
Payroll is done bi-monthly.
My question is do we use the bi-monthly tax table or the Annual as we are told, due to Powerchurch calculating the figures automatically.

To me the accountant would not know to re-caculate from Annual to bi-monthly payroll...???

Powerchurch is setup to use the Annual Federal Withholding Tables, all its calculations are based on those tables. Is the accountant actually doing the payroll? If so, why are you using the Payroll module, since the accountant should also do the W2s, along with filing the 941s.

Please be specific on exactly what the accountant is doing, and what you're using the Payroll module for.
