Payroll - Withholding Tax 2018

Our church just starting using Power Church Plus 12 this year. I am a new employee using a working excel spreadsheet to do payroll. In trying to match the numbers to what PC would pay before we make it "live", the withholding tax is more than twice as much in PC. The 2018 table is set up correctly, but calculating wrong. What am I missing?

Make sure you entered the Annual Table amounts in PowerChurch. That's usually the first thing that comes up.
