Does Powerchruch have the ability to force someone using an equipment account in the AP module to enter something in the Equipment/Inventory module?

I also see that you can enter the value on the date purchased of times and mass update the value by category. Do either of these functions effect the accounting side of the software?

Not really, they are completely different systems.
