Voiding Checks

I have version 11 and seem to have an issue with voiding checks sometimes. The check is showing up in account activity, vendor activity, check register and bank reconciliation but when I try to void it, pc says it can't find a check with that number. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm going to suggest the usual 1st step, have you run a reindex on the accounting files? That sometimes fixes issues like this. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Pwoerchurch directly as there may be data corruption that needs to be looked at by support personnel.
