Is there a way to have a late fee automatically added under AR on a weekly basis? If not, what, if anything do you guys do for a late fee?

Its not an automatic thing. You would have to create a 'predefined' item' for 'late fee', then either edit an existing Invoice to add the late fee, or create a new invoice with the late fee, and then issue a statement showing all invoices.
