Transfer Accounts

The user's guide is lacking much info on using transfer accounts. If I want to transfer money from an Account in fund 01 to an account in fund 02, how do I do that? for instance:
We have cash in a temp restricted account in 02 and Session approved moving $900 to a building campaign account in fund 01. What would the transaction look like? Thanks.

I'm assuming that you're using v12:
ON page 235 of the User Manual, there is an example of a transfer between funds of $750.00. That's basically the structure. In addition, you'd be releasing $900.00 from the restricted fund using the release restricted funds budget.
