Hi!

I need to order window envelopes for the 2018 plain paper W-2's. I went ahead and generated some W-2's so I could see what the layout was before I ordered the envelopes. I noticed all of the boxes on the left side of the W-2 are centered in the W-2 boxes instead of being left aligned. Is this the correct layout? If not, how do we change it?

Do you know if there is a specific W-2 envelope that we need to order?

Yes, that is correct. It is documented in the requirements that the values have to be centered in the fields. The forms have been approved as printed by the SSA.

The envelopes should be the same ones used for pre-printed forms, as shown on the Dynamic Systems product page.
