Beginning January 1, 2019 we would like to start a new set up. We've found that over the years what we are currently using has gotten too complex and it's become impossible for us to determine if information is correct.

Is it possible to in essence wipe the slate clean and start the new year from scratch. If so, how should I go about this on PowerChurch Online?

There is a Restart Accounting button on the Accounting Setup Options screen. You can find this under File > Preferences > Accounting Setup.

Restarting Accounting will clear most information out from under the Accounting menu. That is the most drastic approach to starting over. It is a good idea to run any reports you may need for future reference and make a backup under Utilities > Backup & Restore before doing this.
