Vacation entry

Post by wmumc125 »

Good morning, I’m assuming to enter a vacation week you need to go to payroll, employee, and time off tab. Then enter the time earned and then time used. Not sure if you need to delete previous years vacation in order to save this years vacation? I tried this but clicked add but it wouldn’t let me save it. I’m assuming you have to save it for the vacation to show up under the used/earned column. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Renee.

You do not need to delete the previous years information, especially if time carries over. You can adjust it though to show if there is vacation time being lost due to too many hours or days carried over.

Does this help?
