Tax Tables updates

I have always understood that the tax tables update automatically upon downloading maintenance releases. When I look at the federal tax tables, they don't seem to correctly show the 2019 federal rates. The value of a withholding allowance is still 4150.00. What am I missing?

The tax tables in PowerChurch are user-maintained. We keep the tax forms up to date and also if a calculation method changes, but the actual tax table amounts you enter yourself.
