Since this is a church software, there should be a way to enter the Pastor's salary as not FICA taxed but federally taxed. Am I missing something somewhere? I am very new to this and probably am.

Version 12 added a tax option preset of "Clergy Salary". In prior versions, you just choose "More Options" in the Tax Options field and manually set only Federal and State.
